LOVING ANIMALS CAN MAKE YOU MEDITATE!

‘Imagine that you are walking up a soft, leaf-covered woodland path between tall trees after a tiresome week of IT work, where you are only expected to speak or listen to the computer all those hours.
You are walking along a curved path now, and you can't see what's on the other side.  But suddenly you know that there is an animal shelter –good and, with loving eyes ….. Waiting around the corner to meet you and show them to you.  It could be an animal with fur, or feathers, or scales, or hide.  Greet the animals and thank them for showing themselves to you.  You tell them that you will do everything you can, to make them so that the memories of your greatness will always be cherished …’
Just a thought of this makes you an empathetic human being.
Last week I received a letter from my daughter who is working in a multinational IT company. She said that she and her friends would contribute what they could to an Animal Shelter* managed by a handicapped woman. I am surprised to note an animal lover group working in an IT company who could spend their time for those poor creatures. It is really a healthy sign when today’s youngsters are dragged by the unhealthy life style, which unfortunately make them to deteriorate.
Modern life style has high exposure to stress, anger, hate, fear and other negative emotions. Meditation is a gift given to mankind to access the infinite sprit, not limited by any identity. It is the only tool that can aid a person to return to innocence. Meditation need not be attributed to religious concepts. Listening to music, playing with kids, cleaning your car, sitting at a sea shore and relaxing in the oasis or enjoying the tranquility of nature … anything can make you meditate.
Caring for animals and sharing a little time of yours, combined with a calm voice and kindness have underlying subtle effects of meditation that drifts you away into peace and helps build self-confidence and self-esteem.

Let us encourage these youngsters:
